Try to avoid giving them chocolate with cocoa in it. The chemicals can lead to death, even in small amounts. There are some candies that are like chocolate but have no cocoa in them, like Milkybar by Nestle. I sometimes give a little bit of that to Oscar. He seems to like it. All it is really is sugar, cream and milk fats.
Ours refuse to eat anything that isn't "casserole style" (Tik loves to lick off the gravy), biscuits that aren't homebrand or budget (Tom only eats biscuits and she doesn't like the cheap stuff) and, well... Oscar will eat anything. He even tried to eat my chocolate once O_O;; That scared me. Never seen a cat want to eat chocolate before, and it's not good for them.
Hahahaha Oscar does that. You put biscuits in (Our cats have biscuits in the mornings and throughout the day and then meat for dinner) and he just looks at you and meows. I regret giving him those cat treats now. I think he's craving them.
I still lurk, as of May 2022. Don't think I'm gone.
