Hahahaha XD Well, I think it would be a bitter sweet story, where this person doesn't know how much the model/actor loved him. Maybe they were childhood friends.

I think it sounds as though it was given to him by someone he really loved, or someone that helped him to be who he was today. And he had finally decided to erase his memories of this person and threw it away, at the place they had met all those years ago... And then after he was mugged and he was struggling to pick up his stuff, someone helps him and it turns out to be that someone~
