I got 7 hours... it is the same pill that knocked me out for 6 hours on a plane ride over the Pacific. So I didn't think it would be a problem. However, I'm relaxed enough that I am not coughing from my cold as badly. So I think I will use another again tonight :D

My kids are acting strange. Yesterday they were... calm. And today they were still mellow. We didn't agree on everything, but to not have to fight to talk over them was surprising. I'm grateful though. Very grateful. Especially since I am so tired... took a sleeping pill last night and slept well, but darn it now I can't seem to wake up.

Well ... I plan on practicing my copic stich soon ... So far I've only tried the one technique, and it's just so much fun. It's elegant, and simple, and very sturdy all at the same time, because you pass the thread through the same hole at least three times.

More like binding them together with thread after punching holes in paper and cardstock. This done with the japanese stab binding method.
