I am taking tomorrow off, so I can be on for most of the day. I hope so anyway, I will have to duck out to run some small errands. And then work at 4.
I have my ways of coping. Sometimes when I get super stressed, I can feel acid creeping up my throat or my intestines starting to cramp. Usually then I find a way to relax my body so that the physical problems will cease.
Friends back in the states are worried because the last time I was in a super stressed environment with "hostiles", I became self-destructive. Not going back to that though. I have an end date. August. Gotta just get there you know.
