I did take only half a cup instead of several big scoopfuls ^_^

My biggest problem is that for supper I had a brownie and ice cream on top of the normal healthy meal... If I had refrained, I would not have gone over my calorie count. Even if I do exercise at this point, it will be difficult to do enough to combat the poor decision I made.

I wish I was that skinny... gonna be a bit though... I've decided on a lifestyle change starting with diet... and losing weight, and not gaining it back, is a cookie!
