Actually, I prefer to have your characters caring deeply about mine and protecting my character from herself or from the evil tormentors that want to hurt her... our roleplay where your guy rode a motorcycle and found mine in a serial killer grave yard... I really liked that one and wish we were still writing it.
and I'm not a sadist... if anything, I would be a masochist... but I'm not... NOT!!
