There is no right answer. This is the Aka Manto, a Japanese "bathroom" spirit. It asks "red paper or blue paper?", killing the answering party depending on the answer. "Red paper" means you will be skinned alive and drained of blood. "Blue paper" means you will be strangled. A made up answer will get you dragged off to Hell.
There is one possible way to avoid death other than running away....but I'm not sure you wanna hear it.
