Yes indeed it is. After the 14%, I kinda stopped caring, because I knew I'd never be able to salvage my mark at that point anyway (it dropped me eight per cent to a fail grade - it probably dropped me a bit more than that, but I also got a group assignment back and my partner's marks made the overall mark eighty per cent). After that, I wanted to see how low I could get without actually trying to do so. Turns out 12.5% was the lowest :P I withdrew from the course before the final exam, though, so they put my midterm mark on my transcript, which was just at a pass (like, the absolute lowest you can get and still pass), so I still haven't officially failed a course, even though my mark had dropped an additional one per cent in the mean time ^^
