Gaia has them, but Mene doesn't. Or at least not separately; they're all connected to stuff like quivers or scythes...I've suggested cross belts over the chest on Mene but so far there aren't any that fits theirs. :(

I'm trying to... It looks pretty bad. xD;

maybe add the atlantis headband for a touch more of it at the top. but the green hair works wonders. its just cause you have so much green on the bottom. it needs balance you know?
