Oh? Well I'm definitely glad to hear that. It's as if she's modeled after one of my good friends, actually. I'll certainly do my best, though I'll start my reply tomorrow, after giving my hands a rest from typing. Ought not be long in getting it posted after that.
Oh, okay then. I just hope I don't completely fly off the handle with her character. I mean, she seems like a strong and independent type, maybe a bit of a tomboy from the sketch you showed me, with a strong sense of right and wrong.
No worries, you certainly didn't! I have a feeling he'll be very eager to get his revenge since Leah knows, mainly, who and where. Two major points he was searching for.
I believe it was wonderfully done. Especially Samuel's inability to control his slight angry outbursts and mobility. Although does this give me merit to control Leah to the best of my abilities? I've only ever really controlled someone else's main character in dream sequences, which technically only the mind of the character dreaming only had control over. If the answer is obvious, I apologize, I do prefer asking first.
That sounds pretty good to me. I'd be able to target his anger specifically after the initial shock wears down, perhaps change the way he sees the world during this time, and make it linger even after he's settled down.
Uhh, I have to stop talking now! No need to say too much right now.
Ahh, I like what you've got planned! Perhaps somewhere along the lines Samuel would... lose his head a little, maybe toward a small animal instead of Leah. Showing his more animalistic side a bit. Maybe before Leah finds the note---I'd say in their haste to get out Harold left the door wide open for anyone or anything to get into the house, and that's how a small raccoon or squirrel did. Samuel's anger at missing his first and best chance to get his killer would play into that. Although everything I've read so far is wonderfully set up!
I must commend you on your accuracy of capturing Samuel in, more or less, a clear way. Very well done so far!
Not too long in your next post, or too long into the storyline itself? I think I got lost somewhere along the road. I blame it being late here.
Hm. Perhaps, make the hair a little longer. Parted down the middle, quite messy, as in both living and... undead stage, his hair has been rather unkempt. A little longer in body, too, perhaps. And if you're wondering on human/zombie pose, I guess it depends on your idea of the situation they're being drawn in! Since Sam's got, basically, two modes---general human mode, during which he's basically himself, if a little slouchy. And complete undead mode, in which he's short-tempered, easily confused, and has a continuously gnawing hunger more difficult to ignore than when he's in his other state of mind.
Oh... Arts! I'm not usually one to ask much about art specifically, since I'm kind of 'meh' relating to what I should pick out or say. So far, being in sketch-mode so it appears, it looks quite well done. Any specific things you'd want my word on?
Hello! I'm Janelle, known as Neller by my friends. I attended a technical institute as my last year of high school for Advertising Art and Design. I love love love art. My favorite color is orange. My favorite music is classic rock and I'm proud of it. My favorite band is Blue Oyster Cult. Haven't heard of them? Search them up. They're worth the listening.
