well I was actually thinking of the ghost having a solid form... so she/he could toutch the other person... and I like the dare thing though I was also thinking like... hm the person running/hiding/buying the house and sees the ghost though at first thinks it's just a chrick? and the person like being a demon since humans are boring XD
