hmm... yes... i think in this case it might be best if i play the man to pull off the rp best. so setting: some elfin land, two kingdoms (lets give it a name... how does Syker (se-keer) sound?) being brought together through a marriage. princess not too fond of the idea (in love with some nobleman maybe, your choice to give the reason) and my character not really either. marry, blahbidiblah, there we go for now.

no, by that time they'd already be married. I see them as not even meeting before the wedding, so the rp would start the day of the wedding. but yes, your idea could also work. He wants to kill the prince, and marry the princess, but she fights cuz she was falling in love with the prince (though I think we should play the point that even if he's attracted to her, he doesn't love her enough to rescue her when it means death for him. that'd be interesting. it'd give them constant tension since she loves him, but he, at best, is attracted to her (even if he does indeed love her, he doesn't show it))

hmmm... another kingdom. how about it's like this, kingdoms not at war, so they unite through marriage, blahbidiblah. the immediate conflict is the fact that they don't want to be married to each other, but they have to and what not. I'm thinking... another kingdom comes in and kidnaps the princess, and the only way to get her back is the prince because their target it the prince, so they demand the prince be set. what do you think, anything to add?
