I supported the mages, but since I was in a romance with Fenris, he joined me. He said that he still hated mages, but the Knight-Commander Meredith was insane.
I would have romanced Anders on my second playthrough, but once I knew just how much his character had changed, I sort of liked him less. :(
Well, I did on my first playthrough. But then I used mods to get money and items, so I had no real reason to loot anymore besides those few upgrades that are dropped, which doesn't matter all that much to me because I usually bring Fenris, Isabela, and Varric, which I know the locations of each. So... when I loot, it's mostly for a key to a way out or a quest item or something.
I think that bug's pretty common amung other people. I don't like to loot much, so I never noticed. I think there's a few patches out there that should fix most of the bugs.
Well, I have the PC version, maybe that's why. *shrugs* I don't know.

Nope, I didn't have any bugs except for that one on the first loading screen. Dad got that one fixed easy, nothing else after that. What kind of bugs did you get?
Ahaha, that happened to me three times! The first time I left her (didn't like that ending at all!), then I took her down with me (which I ended up killing her, which I didn't like that either), but then on my last one I ended up making her a Grey Warden. She may not be happy about it, but at least she's doing something, haha.
You have to go find Sandal and Bodahn (yes, they're still here XP) and get Sandal to enchant for you. And I'm not exactly sure, but I think the woodsmaker up on Sundermount in the Dalish campsite does some enchanting, though I can't remember so maybe not (?). As for runes, you can buy some from the merchants in Lowtown or from looting.
