You could probably post that in the News section. Just edit that blog and then at the bottom there's a little box with a check mark on it. If you click it and get rid of the check mark, it will let the watchers know that it's been updated.
Well, actually, I've already made several journals (well, they call them blogs on the groups). I'm thinking you could post Havoc Week under the 'News' blog or the 'Contests' blog (I'd prefer this one myself, but it's up to you). Then again, I have two extra blogs saved... maybe we could make a Special Events blog and post it under that since Havoc Week wouldn't technically be a contest...
Go to the front page of 'Total-Havoc', click on the 'More Entries' button under the Information Desk and go to the second page. There are two empty blogs especially for events such as these. Then, we can just update the News blog and tell people to go to the Events blog and...
