Well, Nelly's bipolar but not in an evil way. She's just all depressive on her bad days and medication doesn't seem to work for her. She's normally happy go lucky (that's why i named the roleplay that) and whimsical. Er... she has bleach short blonde hair and really pale skin. (Actually, my other bipolar character has the same color hair and skin, just a lot different)
Don't worry, i gave her some German candy and she's cheered up a bit. Candy solves all problems. Now she wants to kill him, i'm glad to see things have returned to the way they should be.
