Okees... Go to the 'Which File' box and click 'Add Text'.
Then, copy your story and paste it onto the thingie that pops up.
I'm not sure if it has to be double spaced like documents on ff.net... but you might want to separate paragraphs of text with a space so they won't look bunched together. Also, if you have any italics or boldfont words, they won't show up so you'll have to go in and do those manually with the <i> thingies and whatnot.
