Yup. Hotaru Tsukino. Hotaru being her first name and Tsukino being her last. Her nickname is "Ru" and she's a tomboy born in Japan, probably Kyoto. I'd love to say she's from Osaka, but then she'd be way to similar to Noodle. Kyoto's just as good anyway. Yoshitsune's from Kyoto...
