XD Yeah, this is the first place like this for me too. It takes some time, but it eventually gets easier. Think of it like all the threads are their own chat-rooms. Everyone knows that you are coming into the conversation late, and no one holds it against you. Hell, most conversations aren't held together overnight, so the thread 'restarts' every so many hours.
