*instead of standing against her assault, Valen moved back - he blocked high as Andrayah had intended - then shifted to the side to prevent her from landing a solid blow* *the whip he'd taken caught against the woman's cheek - a near threat from Valen* *instead of waiting for her next reaction, Valen have one shoulder a push while catching his foot against Andrayah's ankle in an effort to make her stumble*

Valen: *there was something about how she tried to prepare herself that made Valen's eyes fill with laughter* *their scuffle began swiftly, and as Andrayah tried to free herself the male stubbornly refused to release her*

*finally unable to keep a good hold, Valen released her just as swiftly as he'd tackled her* *with an obvious smile, he backed away* *in his hand was something from her person (weapon? something she was carrying in her pocket/belt? xD)* "Come and get it."

*he wouldn't "say" it, but he was pleased that Andrayah was able to free herself so quickly*

I was wondering how close do you think Adira and Asha would be?
I'm thinking that they may have sister like relationship.

Valen: *his expression filled with laughter as Andrayah stood, her laugh filling the silence* *her fighting stance and raised eyebrow made the male chuckle quietly* *at first Valen stayed where he was, meeting her challenging gaze calmly* *just as it seemed he wouldn't retaliate, he most certainly did - with a full-fledged tackle, keeping low enough to avoid most of her strikes*

Hm. Probably not. Maybe? xD Which would make it more interesting? The panther is her familiar, right? *hasn't read about her in a while* Hmmm.
