yea they really are. my stepmom found me two 80$ a piece light blocking curtains for like 10 bucks a piece at a job lots. i don't know if you have that chain over there, but those sort of "slightly damaged goods/ fall off the truck" places come in handy for such things. i wish i had some for my living room. i have a couch now but it's hotter to sit out there than it is in my bedroom.

i've sweat so much in the last three days, it's unreal. granted, i was out an about at weddings and playing softball, but dang, also now that i am so much chubbier than i was last summer i think it's just i'm more prone to sweating. i feel like those two things go hand in hand; sweating profusely and being a chunker

i haven't left my house yet, but i am keeping my apartment dark just in case. it was nasty here yesterday though. no ac either :/

it's fun. i saw a fat elvis impersonator the first time i went. like that was his shtick, 'fat elvis' except he had just gotten gastric bypass surgery so he wasn't as fat as he used to be.

that's why i'm going to get married in vegas... by an elvis impersonator... which might be why i'm not married yet
