I like curry :D

mewmew07 09-30-2012 01:19 AM

My favorites are like yellow thai curry or vegetable masala or tikka masala.

Yes, it's turkey but packaged like spam and has spam spices. It's healthier for you though, only 80 calories and 4.5g of fat compared to real spam with who knows how many calories and 16g of fat.

Jezriel 09-30-2012 01:20 AM

yeah, yellow Thai curry is my next favorite! Although Thai food in general is pretty awesome.

Shania583 09-30-2012 01:22 AM

I like butter chicken..... though I am now told that isn't really curry...

Moon Flow 09-30-2012 01:23 AM

I prefer chicken alfredo! =D I could eat that forever

Jezriel 09-30-2012 01:23 AM

But how does that new low-cal turkey Spam TASTE? That's the question. I imagine it doesn't really taste like turkey. regular spam doesn't really taste much like ham after all.

Broccoli and chicken alfredo ftw!

Shania583 09-30-2012 01:25 AM

mmmm Alfredo!

mewmew07 09-30-2012 01:26 AM

Jezriel: It doesn't taste like turkey, but that's what I like. I want it to taste like spam. It tastes fantastic, I love it a lot. If you like Spam, but want something healthier, it's a really great option.

Jezriel 09-30-2012 01:27 AM

Hm, I'll have to give it a try if I can find it. Local grocery stores are kind of hit and miss sometimes.

Ascadellia 09-30-2012 01:28 AM

I can't handle spicy stuf..

mewmew07 09-30-2012 01:29 AM

Jezriel: Though if you like your spam crunchy, I feel it takes a little longer to get it crispy. But that's the only negative about it.

Shania583 09-30-2012 01:30 AM

Now I want Alfredo...

Ascadellia 09-30-2012 01:30 AM

Chicken alfredo?

Jezriel 09-30-2012 01:31 AM

Hm, so harder to get the proper 'fried' feel? Ah, well. You win some, you lose some.

Yeah, but to me I don't mind how long it takes.

Shania583 09-30-2012 01:34 AM

Naw just Alfredo :D

Jezriel 09-30-2012 01:35 AM

My fiance doesn't like alfredo. :(

He swears he's not a picky eater, but I've had to change my home menu quite a bit since I met him.

mewmew07 09-30-2012 01:37 AM

You can't just tell him to cook his own dinner if he is so choosy?

Shania583 09-30-2012 01:41 AM

you should just make Alfredo...

Jezriel 09-30-2012 01:41 AM

*shudders* Yeaaahhh, no. Even when the food comes out ok, the kitchen is trashed. I STILL can't get the burnt BBQ sauce off of my best frying pan.

maidenroseheart 09-30-2012 01:41 AM

good morning everyone...

Shania583 09-30-2012 01:44 AM

Oh no burnt BBQ sauce!

mewmew07 09-30-2012 01:45 AM

Jezriel: You should try better dishwashing soap then, one that gets grease and stuck on food off of things.

maiden: Morning? It's afternoon here and probably night for everyone else.

Jezriel 09-30-2012 01:46 AM

One of the first times I met him, he was trying to cook frozen hamburgers on a grill he'd just lit. The all sorts of NO there had me sitting outside watching him. I was ready to dump water on the whole mess if he magaged to catch it all on fire.

I've tried all sorts of things. If I use anything stronger, all the non-stick coating will come flaking off.

Shania583 09-30-2012 01:48 AM

Oh dear.... not very good at cooking now we know why you cook :D
