Yep, corn and cantaloupe. At least, that is most of what I did.... A lot of it was just really boring. I work at the produce department at one of our local grocery stores. |
A bowl of risotto with mascarpone cheese and a handful of shrimp over the top. I was very upset to lose it.
Grocery store musn't be a horrid place to work, though I think I'd get sick of the canteloupe myself. Here, we can't grow much, so nothing fresh is ever up for sale anywhere. It's painful. |
.... Whu? Forgive me and my lack of culinary knowledge.... What is Risotto? I'm unsure of what mascarpone cheese is as well.... But I understood the word 'cheese', so that is enough for me.
Our stuff is all shipped as well. 'cept for the corn and wheat of course, all of that is pretty fresh. I've seen a few horrid batches of fruit already. Grapefruit that sinks into your hands.... urgh. |
Haha, sorry, I'm a Food Network addict here. Risotto is kind of like a pasta, for lack of better definition from me. Mascarpone cheese is just a really creamy Italian cheese that I adore.
Ah, well, corn is better than nothing, lol. Ew... last week we got a few grapefruit like that. Three days later it was in our fridge growing mold already... ickkky. |
Hmmm.... Sounds delicious and somewhat odd... Then again I do not get many opportunities to eat italian food in my town. We have an Italian restaurant that is somewhat new... I hear its really not that good and its pretty expensive though.

Well, you live in a much larger... City I believe. I forgot exactly where you live xD... But I do know it is bigger. Our main thing around here is mexican restaurants. We have a multitude of them (not counting fast food) and they are all pretty good. My favorite is called Ayo... Massive portions for a great price. That, and it is all delicious.

XD Tucson isn't huge, but it's decent-sized. The horrid thing about it would be its latest claim to fame being the place where Gabby Giffords was shot. Kind of odd to think about, but I was down along the same street getting my nails done at the time... Before I go on my Loughner rant, I'm gonna change the subject, lol. Really, now? We have mexican restaurants, too, but... not so many of them. Sounds marvelous.

Geesh o.o.... Sounds happy, well... moving on. Many is like 5 here. One of them is.... awful. They have been around forever though and they have stayed around due to the massive population of old people. They prefer something simple and tasteless, that much is better.

Oh, yes, very happy... Many is 5? I'm not sure how much that would be here... Icky, that doesn't sound pleasant. We actually have a really good fast-food Mexican place across the street from my school, which is rather addicting. I go there a least a few times a month, haha.

Our town is small and we keep getting new mexican restaurants. Luckily most of them are pretty good. Good fast food? I doubt its better than a sit down restaurant. Then again... I hate fast food when comparing it to those places most of the time. What is it called?

Haha, well I'm not a fast food fan either, bu I was surprised wih his place. It's called Nico's Tacos. The food is very good, in my opinion, surprising for how quick service is.

Haha, my favorite restaurant? Easy! In Los Angeles, I ate at chef Gordon Ramsey's The London West Hollywood- the best meal I ever had. Not to mention, I have a celebrity crush on the guy, lol. How about you?
