My parents are both christian, but they aren't obsessed about it. Where I live, we're in the midst of the bible belt. I live in the lowcountry of South Carolina. Charleston isn't called the Holy City for nothing XD
So yeah, its not normal to not be christian, which is why I don't tend to tell people that I am most definitely not a christian. >.> Welcome back Lilim! |

Here it is assumed you believe along the lines of God.
After that it all diverges. There are some who go Mary didn't exist---or that Jesus was a fake. I don't know. It all depends I suppose. It all depends on where you guys live. I like in a fairly consecutive area. No kidding. |
Here, most people are baptist. Lots of the typical christian views. A lot of people down here are serious bible thumpers. The type that say that if you don't go to church and such that you will go to hell. Even if you live a good life, if you don't go to church then straight down you go. We have a lot of godfearing people where I live. I'm pretty used to it. I haven't had someone tell me I'm going to hell in a while though, thankfully. ^^
