If I found and purchased a Pudao, you'd trade Bertie for it?

The pudao is the main thing, I also need a second tome of nightmares since Phobos and Deimos are now my charity mule and I still like the other options of the Tome, and I need a Winter's Flight as it's the closest thing to a their back ribbons.

I'd also like a Queen's Crown, but I think I'm going to stick to things I feel like I 'need'.

I love Lise and I love the item, but there is also the subject of item use frequency... the three items I listed above would be much more frequently used than Bertie.

Well, I have a tome of nightmares, but I think I could come up with a decent offer for a Pudao if I put in enough effort to find one. Don't have a winters flight.

You also might want to wait until Lise gets done judging her miniature library of stories that were submitted. You don't know if she's going to give any more away as perhaps the third place prizes for the stories. Those three items are the offer I have in mind but out of fairness I won't commit to the offer until we find out what the results are of the writing contest.

I already lost a huge bid on one of the Berties. I offered my entire inventory, and lost the bid by 900 gold.

What was the offer out of curiosity? I offered 90% of my inventory for my King's Crown.

Well, I'd have to look in my inventory, but a good chunk of my offer got traded for a chaos sash. Give me a minute and I could show you the whole offer I made.

I'll be around for a bit longer so take your time. I gave you an idea of what I was like, but no pinkie swear and signed in blood deals until after Lise has had her say about our stories.

That was the original offer, but like I said, a few of those items were traded for the Sash.

I saw the offer that got the bear recorded. The pirate/ninja set, headwings set, anklewings set, slippers set... people really like sets I've noticed.

Yeah, that was the offer that beat mine. Then I realized that if I had checked my store items, I could have added another 9K to my offer in gold, which would have beat that offer by 8K, and though my invo would be empty, I possibly would have had bertie.

EDIT: After that was said and done, I was given a 10K donation from Vexy to go towards Bertie.

Somebody made fun of me for selling 90% of my inventory for my King's Crown. "You don't have anything cool left!" "But I got my CROWN!!!" ... some people just don't understand the determination of rabid questers.

There is no item more valuable to me than Bertie.

Kultura is willing to trade her Bertie for a Pot of Gold. I know that goes for a pretty penny as well, though I'm not sure if it's more or less expensive than a Pudao.

[EDIT] According to my investigation the pot is around 200k while the pudao is 100k.

I suppose my personal (hypothetical) AB for bertie would be a Pudao and Queen's Crown, which is about a match for Kultura's.

But the Pudao plus less expensive things that I need that are just a bit harder to find could be something I could work with.

It really doesn't matter. I'll get one when I get one. As much as it really sucks to say that, its the truth. I can't just magically get one because I want one, no matter how much I have to offer for it. Any way I slice it, at this time, my only options are to find other things to trade. So thats what I'm working with.
