One of my first events was one where some short tops that were tied together in the front came out, so I wanted shorts to wear with them.
That must be a very old event because I'm not familiar with the items.
It was 2009. Midriff tops, I think they're called? They came in plain and checkered.
Hot Gossip, page 14. |
those were in an event? Still before my time by at least one event. Seems like that would be easter?
Yes, Easter.
I joined in august of that year.
I joined in January 2008.
You're so old!! XD
I'm a magnificent marble statue, and my nose hasn't even fallen off!
No arms fallen either?
Nope. All my fingers, too. [=3]
You're a rather impressive statue then!
Yep. Not many of my kind left in this shape.
So true. They're usually missing at least one limb and sometimes they've lost their head!
Even worse, the ones that lost their head in antiquity!
All those poor poor statues...
I wish more of the ancient art was in better shape. It's fascinating.
It is. I loved the British museum I was at with all the statuary. I'm pretty sure it was that one museum.
Rome is my favorite.
I WANT TO GO TO ROME! ROll on summertime...
Also, By British Museum do you mean the london one Kat? I've been there a few times, and i still find new awesome things, it's sooo coool. I especially love the roman, and the egyptian stuff. |
Rome. Latin. *dreamy sigh*
Should be that one. I went once and it was my favorite part of the vacation. I might have enjoyed it more than the Louvre.
I hear the museums around here aren't great, but at one point we had an exhibit with Roman art from the Louvre. I went as a school trip, and it was wondrous. [love]
That must be nice. The museum in Houston is a good ones, but even though it's near, I haven't been in ages. I went to a Rodin museum when in Philadelphia and loved it.
Hello everyone I hope you all day a nice weekend. mine was boring as can be thanks to the rain.
