Yes, to help Chunsa out:

There will be one clue released for everyone to figure out. {{NOTE: THE CLUES, AND WHERE THE NPC IS LOCATED WILL BE THE SAME FOR EVERYONE}}

And in that one clue released, your able to exchange candies with them until the end of the event. Which will be plenty of time.

Not necessarily. Under 30 minutes, I have found at least 20 Candy Events. However, only 12 of them were valid
Wow, then you're lucky. I've been trying for about 1/2 hour-45 minutes and I've only gotten 3 events and 2 of them were valid.

Yeah, that's true.

I've tried looking for that NPC but is it located in the Halloween event thread or is it located anywhere inside any other forums?
