The rat smiled her hand to her heart. "Good, just didn't want to kill anybody," she laughed. She ran a hand threw her silvery strands of hair. "Well you go ahead and get the snake, and I'll go keep Kyo busy," she grinned at Lexi. Leiko patted the younger girl on the shoulder then turned to go back into the house. After walking quietly into the house she heard several voices inside Satori's room. She shivered thinking of going in she sat down outside the door, not wanting to interrupt anything.

Peng steeped back as he saw Kyo enter god's room. He turned and walked about the compound. He wandered about the compound taking note where everyone was. He stopped as he realized he hadn't seen Jia anywhere. "Where did she go?" Peng looked to the gate and saw it was still open. He looked at the ground and saw a trail of flower petals leading out of the gate and shook his head. "Looks like I found the horse after all." Peng followed the trail of petals to a large shrine. He had never been there before it was quite beautiful. Peng let out a gasp as he saw all the ordinary people about it. He had been lost in the amount of people there, that he didn't notice the small girl who touched his hand. In a cloud of smoke Peng turned into his rooster form. He darted into the shrine and hid in the corner. He peered out happy to know the girl or any others hadn't seen him.
Jia had finished decorating the shire except for the potted planters that she had to put out. She was on her last one when she heard a rooster cry. She looked to where she was about the put the planter in the corner and saw a rooster. She looked again at it then saw pengs clothes wrapped around its feet. Jia laughed as she placed the planter down and looked at peng. She turned and made sure no one was around before she bent down and picked up the rooster wrapping it in the clothing making sure its talons couldn't hurt her. "Looks like you found a girl around here peng. You should be careful." |

"Oh, well I'm sure their is a member of the Zodiac that you like." Yukina said yawning slightly. She smiled at the girl, showing her slightly sharp canines, a sign that she was a dog, but she kept them filed down to just a slightly sharpness.

Haruka blushed, thinking of a certain attractive cat. 'He's too old to be interested in you, baka.' She told herself firmly. 'Stupid hormones...'
She shrugged, purposefully pretending to misunderstand Yukina, "I like almost all the juunishi...most of the time at least." Her mind was still on Negi. 'I hope Satori wasn't too hard on him.' She thought with a small worried frown. (OOC: I didn't mean you couldn't go to the pet store. It is still early evening. *shrug* Has the snake even posted yet? If so I think it was a while back. Perhaps they have forgotten about us. Also, where is the dragon?) |
{I don't know. Arechi hasn't been on for awhile. She's usually on very often. I'm kind of worried about her. =/}

Yukina looked at Haruka and then burst out laughing. "That..That's not what I meant! I meant like one of them you have a crush on! I Kind of think Kyo is cute..But he doesn't seem to talk to me very much." She admitted blushing.

Haruka ducked her face down into her hair to hide her blush. 'Well, she's told you about her crush. It's only fair for you to spill about yours now.'
"I kind of..might...uh..." She mumbled the last part almost too softly to hear, "Like Negi-san." Her face felt very hot and she looked away from the other girl in embarrassment. |
"Which animal is he?" She asked trying to remember the name. "I don't think I've met him yet." She said after a few seconds.

Haruka sighed, 'Here it comes. Now she'll know what an idiot you are. Day dreaming about things that will never be allowed.' she chided herself mentally.
She took a deep breath and looked Yukina in the eye, "Negi-san is the cat." She said flatly. |
Kyo looked at Satori worriedly and stood. He gently placed his hand on her forehead and looked at her. "Satori... You must calm down... You're going to give yourself a fever." he said and walking to the small tablehe dipped the towle in water and gently dabbed her forehead. He looked at her softly and smiled. He cared for her like a little sister but he would never say that... He had a feeling she thought of him of more then a friend...

Leiko sat outside the door hearing the voices inside. It didn't sound horrible, so maybe the cat wasn't being punished. This was great to hear. The rat had already misjudged Kyo today, and perhaps she had misjuded Satori thinking she would punish him before the celebration. She pulled her knees to her chest and rested her head on them, and wondered how Lexi was faring with the snake hunt.

"Oh, well are you guys compatible?" She asked. "Do you have a lot in common?" She added so she wouldn't sound as much of a dork.

Lexi found a snake. She quickly made her way to Kyo's room and stuffed it under his blanket where it stayed and would stay until it was bothered. Lexi snuck back out of the room and came over by Leiko "Hey there" she jumped up onto Leik's shoulders and hung there.

Leiko had fallen into her own thoughts. Then was surprised when Lexi came up to her and hung on her shoulders. "Did you hide your trap?" she giggled asking her. She was still wondering what was going on inside of Satori's room, but was too fearful to enter.

Kyo looked at Negi and said,"The sooner she has the tea the better I think..." He didn't want Satori getting sick... Not this close to the feast. She had worked too hard putting it together. "Do you want me to get you anything Satori?" he asked softly smiling warmly.

Lex i nodded "Mhmm... couldn't find a cobra though" She sighed in disappointment.
