From what I am guessing, you can't. You are only allowed to see the NPC once you have more than 6+ Candies.

So I would recommend to everyone that before you head out to search for the NPC, have 6 CANDIES ON HAND FIRST.

Thanks Chunsa-chan for the explanation on the event. My only complaint would have to be the lag and can't really complain about that. It's expected for any type of event of this nature. Great job so far!!!!

Does the NPC pop up like candies? Or is s/he a picture that we click on? or do we go to s/he's profile? @___@ I'm only trying to know what to look out for.

If you have found the NPC, you can simply trade Candies with them by click directly to them.

If the picture is not linked, then unfortunately that is not it.

Yes, you must have more then 6 Candies in order for you to trade with them.

If you trade with them, you cannot see them again until you have 6 again and so on.

And yes, you are able to find them around the site. However, I am restricted to telling exactly where it is hidden though.

The Npc has become rather chummy with a new kid in town.

He's pretty cool, and gets things done.

To who asked- The staff wanted to try something fun and original.
So that's why the event is set up this way.

I'm having a ton of fun, even though I haven't hung out much, and just answered questions. X3
