I like the Skiller keyboard by Gskill? You get 18 programmable keys, and you can map key functions differently for different programs.

Oooh, that's nice looking. I think I still prefer mine though. It has 18 otherwise unused keys for macros. I think that one can be programmed so one key is something else in game.
