Okay, to put a bit more description into it.. The girl's eye is falling out, half her face is ripped off, her heart is missing, there's only a dripping hole there. She's holding her heart on her hand, she also has her brain..I think. Then She has a broken bone in her leg, a arm bone in her mouth(note: it's not hers) and a huge hole in her head, showing nothing is there. The underwear is just so she's not naked..

The guy has a baby skull belt, a rotted zombie arm clutching to his leg. two eyes in his hands. A zombie hand...missing his whole face. and he has some rotting scabs on his skin...also the white thing on his face is his check bone XD

It's kinda creepy..but..yeah. ^^" I was thinking perhaps it could be like a multi-equip item..called The dead among us or something. ^^" I know..I misspelled among in the thing XD
