I heard they were in trash cans. That would be easy to pull off.

They probably expected the finish to be packed.

They suspect that a lot of people left after the winners finished the race. People cross the finish line for hours after the first place winner, so many people had left by then.

They probably did. And they would've succeeded if they did it in Rotterdam. I think people are lucky it wasn't THAT crowded. I think it's still sick and twisted.

Bombing at the Boston Marathon. So seriously fucked up. Ugh.

That's what they were saying on the news, about the slightly lower crowd than what had been there an hour earlier.

My thought is that they just wanted to cause panic. That's my thought on it, but who knows.

THEY FAILED! From what I saw the emergency people on duty reacted the right way, even the bystanders were wonderful!

Place 4 detonations in 4 different locations. If their goal was panic, that would probably do it... the library alone would cause a lot of panic. Water or fire the books would end up ruined.

They are pretty much saying the bombs were planted. There speculations lean towards a domestic attack.

The unpleasantries would be moreso referring to why would someone cause that... not see it
