This reminds me of the contest Estrella started doing during the last event, except I think it was two items instead of three...The current prize looks pretty sweet, but I think I'll try entering a different round. I'm really glad more avatar contests are up, since a lot of others are down/under construction.

thank you. but most people dissagree since i have yet to make an avatar that wins user picks. i think people like my avatars a great deal, but i dont think they are the best.

@JCB: well thank you. i do try. and i always like my avatars. i have a drawer now, in the dressing room thread, if you wanted to check them out.

but this avatar is a perfect example of the contrasting opinions about my avatars. i have gotten 7/10 and lower on it because people "dont like brown" or " dont like brown and red" or "dont like pastels". i LOVE this outfit. i think its very chirstmas without being overly chirstmas. so although you and i might love my outfit, i am still under the impression that a lot of people dont. which would lead me to the conclusion that mine outfits are not the best. pretty good and possibly even really good, but not the best.

Well, people need to stop discriminating against certain colors! I don't really like yellow, but on a good avatar it can look really nice. And I get the same thing, sometimes people think my avatar is too weird when I think it's really good. Suona is good, I also like neller's and Kultura's also. I guess I think a lot of people have the "best" avatars lol, they are just ones that actually use creativity and take their time coming up with new ideas. I see a lot of people winning things that have the same outfits over and over, just different colors.

yeah i agree. i think the red white and black avatars can be well done fairly easily and so i really dont tend to like those avatars at all. and sometimes with user picks, i think people win based on who they are not the outfits. i have seen people win over others when their avatars are not nearly as good and that really bugs me. if your going to vote... vote for you has the best outfit, not who you like better. its not a popularity contest, its user picks. although i really love when the user pick is the admin pick. that just kinda proves that jelly picked one that everyone agrees is awesome. lol

but your right, neller and suona and kultura, their outfits are amazing 9 times out of 10. someone who i really enjoy is Cami. they are never what you think they are and you can never predict it. its always really creative but its not always an amazing outfit. she really keeps me on my toes about it and i think thats why i like it so much. a lot of people disagree as far as i can tell, but she doesnt care and nor do i. she has had a few spectacular avatars and a few avatars that i cringe at remembering. but i think thats why i like her so much. shes not afraid of making avatars purely for herself. which is great. its a great example of confidence on mene.
