Grooveshark and SoundCloud. They both let you search for songs, and stream them. Similar to Spotify, but web-based and don't require Facebook.

It's not required in order to try and guess. It may be required to actuallt guess right.
I'm changing it from a rule to a sensible thing to do, to lower the threshold for people at least trying to guess. So far, I haven't had any guesses.
