Guinevere looked back over at Thaddeus, his honesty was refreshing. "Well, you wouldn't wanna scare your guests away. I wouldn't mind but that is me." Didn't think anything could be as bad as her fifth eldest brother. Sound it as if a cat was dieing. It gave a reason to hit him though. Should just stick to piano while she accompanied him on violin.

For some odd reason Guinevere wanted to get up and move. Wasn't the type to sit still for long only if she was reading or eating. Even if Thaddeus' company was grand, she had never been good at the conversation thing. Couldn't help but let her gaze slowly drift down to the cup of liquid in her hands, immersed in how the steam traveled.

[{Well, the girls could always meet. You could put Thaddeus in his coffin for a long, slumber.}]

Selena could feel herself awake but her eyes wouldn't open. She pulled the warm covers around her tightly, wishing the old woman had never kicked her out. Look what it had gotten her into?

She breathed in the scent of fresh roses, willing her brain to open her eyes. It didn't work. Selena heard voices. Her eyes slowly peeked beneath the skin and she was alarmed to see two men sitting in her room's chairs, staring intently at her. One sent the other out of the room, and the remaining servant bent down and asked her how she was feeling.

"Better," she replied, "But still with an aching headache." He nodded, closing his eyes. Selena tensed. The other servant had returned. With him was the man. His long blond hair was neatly combed and pinned up like always. Selena found it rather girly but said nothing, for she was the guest and he was the host. She owed him her life. It felt ever so good. Too bad the mug was so heavy, her arm was getting weaker by the minute. Definitely hypothermia, she knew it. But Selena didn't want to admit it, of course.

He held out a mug of tea for her, and she gratefully took it. Just what she needed. The cold just wouldn't go away, no matter how tightly the blankets were wrapped around her shoulders. It seemed to be growing inside her, and there was nothing she could do on the outside but drink this wonderful tea.

Selena thanked him and pressed the mug to her lips. It was warm. She closed her eyes and sipped.

Thaddeus smiled warmly, "No, I would not. That would be very, very, very bad."

The king then began to notice his guest's fidgeting and he stood, handing his now empty glass of wine to the waiting servant at his heel, "Come, let me show you to your room, lady Guinevere." he said, extending a hand.

The servants took her blankets, jacket, and hot chocolate as she stood and Thaddeus took her hand lightly and showed her out of the room. The halls glittered with the dusk light, making the whole palace shimmer a beautiful orange. Like Guinevere's hair, in fact. Thaddeus liked that color on her. Very suiting for a number of reasons; she was a warrior, this color was that of battle; she was a healer, this color was also one of strength; and she was a woman, the dusk red was, again, another shade of passion.

After only a short while of walking, the two of them came to a large and ornate crystal staircase. Thaddeus lead her up two very large flights of these stairs and came out onto the third floor. Said floor looked exactly like that of the two below it. It was just another level to the palace. The arrangement was different, of course, but he library tower was in it's same place, the east tower of the palace.

Thaddeus showed Guinevere down even more glittering hallways and as the sunlight slowly began to fade, the crystal itself began to glow with a soft, gentle glow on the ceiling and floor. Each doorway was also lit by this magic.

Guinevere's room door was lit the brightest out of all the other doors on the level. With a wave of his hand, the wooden door opened and revealed it's contents to the lady on Thaddeus' arm. The room was richly colored with red, yellow, gold, and orange. Anything that needed to stand out was black. There was a balcony that overlooked one of the larger courtyards on the third level and there was a flight of stairs leading down to it. There was also another wooden door that led to a big and beautiful bathroom. The bed was round and in the center of the room. A dresser on the wall, and a walk-in closer with no door. The closet wall filled with gowns on one side, and armor on the other. All along the west wall, different weapons were hung. In the center of them was another large fireplace, but this one much smaller than the one downstairs.

Thaddeus was about to ask if he could stay while she settled in, but one of the invisible servants told him of the other girl's awakening, "Dearest lady Guinevere," he started, turning her to face him, "I must go. I have another guest in the castle whom is very sick. Settle in, and we can continue our game later." and without letting her respond he gave her a sly smile and disappeared around a corner.

The girl was still sickly looking, but she was alright. He saw the tea Aurora had left for the girl and he handed it to her. She thanked him meekly and sipped almost eagerly at the hot drink. She is awake, lady Aurora, and I think she'll need more tea. he thought to the white necromancer who was reading absentmindedly in the library.

Before the girl could get another look at him, Thaddeus was gone. He was going to play mysterious with this one. When juggling three women all at once, one had to try and make it uniquely interesting for each one. And he would leave the visible servants to aid her. She might have had a very bad reaction to the invisible ones.

With a sigh, Thaddeus returned to his personal tower.He would have to think now. Ponder what exactly we would have to do to make sure all these women got along. And he was finding himself very into his game with Guinevere. He wouldn't have been able to place with Aurora. She would read his moves and that'd be no fun at all. And he still wanted to know more about her before he made any more moves. Aurora fascinated him.

And so the king lay down in his bed of black stain and stared up at the clear ceiling, showing him the winter sky. All the stars shining bright. He didn't mean to, but soon he fell asleep. Years without proper nourishment, would do that to a vampire. He would need blood, fresh blood, when he awoke.

((Okay! Uber-long post. I'm gonna be gone for three weeks now, so have fun y'all! don't interact with Thaddeus, since he won't be able to respond!))

Selena looked up. There was the woman. Selena smiled weakly and said, " It's a bit chilly in here and my head still aches but I'll live. " The woman poured more tea in her empty mug. " Thank you fr the tea, ma'am. It's very good, and warm. " Selena stared at the mug. " I wish my former guardian made tea like this. " Of course, Selena was only being polite. If this person were her age and not one of her guardians, she would've said something along the lines of "it's about time!" She sighed. It was a good thing she was brought up in an old woman's home. If not, she never would've learned to watch her tongue.

Suddenly, she asked the woman, " What's your name? I'm Selena. " And she held out her hand, desperately waiting for the woman to take it, for the weight of her arm was almost too heavy to hold.

Guinevere was quickly taken down hallways that shimmering in beautiful colors, that put her in a slight daze as she tried to taken in all of her surroundings. There was so much but it didn't end as she had to go up another to flights of stairs. It made her wonder how big the castle really was. She would have to do some adventuring on her own.

In her room, Guinevere was rendered speechless. The colors alone were breath taking, she slowly drifted from her escort, only to be pulled back and told they were leaving. Which left Guinevere alone in her room. Quickly she slid off her boots and walked around the room taking everything in. Only to be stopped multiple times, the balcony with the courtyard, beautiful touch, the armor and dresses, but most likely Guinevere's favorite was the wall with weapons. Most she had only heard about and now they were at arms reach.

With a deep breath, she calmed herself. What she really needed was a nice bath and a good nights sleep. So Guinevere walked into the bathroom to get the bath going and she went into the closet to find something to wear. Pulling out a simple gown that seemed light and easy to move in, she tossed it onto the edge of her bed. Then was off to the bathroom to clean herself and fall asleep on the luxurious bed.

After a nice long sleep Guinevere pulled on the dress she choose and left the room. With silent but quick steps she glided down the stairs she was lead up. As she padded through the hallways on her bare feet she wondered what there was to do and where the sick guest resided. She could easily heal any alignment the girl would be having. Guinevere couldn't help but sing as she walked, a merry little tone that made her quietly twirl around in the hallway. Looking and listening is she heard the sound of other people.

Selena watched Aurora's eyes wander to the closed door and sighed. She knew no one wanted to be with her any longer than they had to but couldn't she at least try to not make it so obvious? Her fingers ran along the hem of her beautiful gown. Her eyes filled with tears. Was there anyone in the world who loved her?

(Uhhh What? Aurora is still sitting there. She didn't move. All she did was hear another. I can't ignore Blissful completely just because we are talking.))

((She was commenting on how your girl looked at the door, even if was heard, not that you left. Her character believes that you desired to leave her.))

Guinevere heard the voices in a room. Which could only be the guests. At least that is what she thought. Without a moments hesitation she opened the door and poked her head inside to reveal the sight of the sick guest and another girl sitting next to her.

"Sorry to intrude, but I was hoping I could make you feel better and get you on your feet." Guinevere smiled the to the girl on the bed thinking she was sad over being sick. "I can heal you right up if you want?" She said her voice as gently as the wind, not wanting to freak either of the girls out. Guinevere was friendly and loved to help. No one should be sad, there was too much to be happy about in life.

Selena vigorously wiped away the tears. There wasn't a reason in the world for her to be crying. She looked up at the newcomer and her eyes widened a bit. She hadn't seen this person before. Selena completely blocked out the two women's conversation and concentrated only on this other person. She looked powerful yet relaxed and calm. Her eyes were piercing and her hair was amazingly beautiful.

((Happens just thought I would clear it up.))

Guinevere raised an eyebrow in surprise, the women didn't look like much of a healer but neither did she. "What did you use?" She asked the women for curiosities sake. Wanted to know if she used herbs or was truly a healer. Would be nice to meet another one. Turning to the girl on the bed giving her, her attention. "Hi, the name is Guinevere. I just got here." She said with a smile holding her hand out to the girl. If she was physically okay a handshake should be fine and it was an easy way to make an evaluation of her own on the girls condition. All she wanted to do was get the girl on her feet. The castle was breath taking and she shouldn't be stuck in a bed unable to see it.

Selena smiled at Guinevere. " Hello Guinevere. My name's Selena. Nice to meet you. " She raised her hand for a quick shake, and to her surprise, it didn't hurt as much as before. Selena was touched by the concern shown by both women. She just hoped she would get better soon so she could thank them both wholeheartedly. But first, she wanted to thank the king for letting her stay at his palace. Selena shook her head. This didn't sound like her. Not like her at all.

Listening to the explanation from Aurora gave her she held herself back from asking specifics. It was no time for that, whatever the girl used seemed to be work at a rather sluggish rate. Guinevere just had a strong urge to heal the girl completely but not knowing what Aurora used it could make it worse. "I noticed... Well, it is nice to meet you both." Guinevere said changing the subject also.

After shaking hands with Selena, she moved over to lean against a wall. There wasn't really much you could ask or say in a situation like this. But that didn't affect Guinevere she always found something. "So are both of you staying at the castle if you don't mind me asking." Her curiosity was strong and she wondered if she was the only one living in the third floor. The thought just lingered in the back of her mind that the King had tried isolating her. She would worry less if at least on of the girls was staying on the second floor. She was doubting it, greatly.

Selena nodded. "Yes, I'm staying here for the time being, until I get well again, anyway. Are you staying at the Palace as well?" She lifted the covers off her. Being sick was so boring, and Selena knew there was no way she was going to get well again, looking at her state. No matter how hard Aurora or Guinevere tried, she was bound to die soon. Selena climbed out of bed, ignoring the protests coming from the two healers. " I only have a little longer to live." she snapped. " And I'm going to make the most of it. "

Selena stopped in her tracks and stared at the strange woman. What had Aurora just said? She asked the healer to repeat and she did. The same words. Selena had thought Aurora would say something against her wishes but she didn't. Selena shook her head. There was something very strange about Aurora. But nothing to worry about.

Guinevere quietly followed the mysterious girl Aurora to the window to see where she was pointing. Learning where the girl stayed made her stomach sink into a nauseous feeling. Then got completely distracted by Selena standing up, all Guinevere wanted to do was help the girl up. Even if she was going to pass soon the girl was right, she should make the most of it. Turning to Aurora Guinevere smiled. "Thank you" she walked back over to Selena. "Yes, I am staying here would you two like to venture to my room. It is on the third floor."

It was the only plan she had to get Selena moving and taking in all of the castle. Then if she did fall or needed assistance they would be there to help her. Guinevere did have any life threatening thing or hated herself. She just lived life to the most with or without knowing she would pass soon. For her she hated depressing things, they weren't fun more a long the lines of dull, boring, and lifeless. The reason she liked fighting more the healing was the traveling, she loved seeing new places and sharing her love with others.

((We are all pretty much in Selena's room. She is standing btw. They explained where their rooms were, and Aurora is keeping the fact that she is a necromancer a secret. ))
