Craft Supplies
Buttons galore!! I had a little coin purse that held most of these buttons, and then I found others strewn throughout my desk and was able to put them all in one place, which was great. A lot of these were either cut off old shirts or the extra replacement buttons that come with shirts with buttons on them in case you lose a button. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
Craft Supplies
Okay, so I do not really know why my younger self decided to keep all these broken bead fragments and shiny shards. I guess because they were shiny and pretty. Obviously, these beads are broken and cannot be strewn onto a necklace or anything. But together, the collection looks kind of reminiscent of sea glass, where so many color fragments of mystery items are all in one place and make an overall pretty scene. So I guess I will use it for something someday. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Craft Supplies
These are actually earrings from an old Barbie doll that I had. I think we still have it, but I am not sure. We may have had to let her go. But these are her earrings. In the case that we have to let her go, I will definitely pay tribute to her for wonderful childhood memories by doing something artsy and pretty with her earrings. Now if only I can remember where I put all the other Barbie related things. ![]() |

Work in Progress
I have a ton of plastic Easter eggs of various colors, patterns, shapes, and sizes. This picture is only a third of what I have. I would like to start getting rid of them somehow, but in a creative way. I think I will fill them with candy and hide them in places, or maybe hang them from people's doorknobs. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
Finished Project
This is the kind of idea I have in mind. My first finished egg. Super simple. I just threaded a ribbon through the hole at the bottom of the plastic egg, then tied a knot inside so that it would stay. I kept the ribbon loop long enough so that it can easily be slipped around a doorknob. I plan to put some candy into this egg and hang it somewhere as a surprise gift this Easter. It helps to use up all the ribbon I have laying around as well, and I do have a LOT of it. EDIT: And some more! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

do you mind if i take inspiration from how you're doing this thread to do my own? i get all kinds of project ideas and maybe it would help me contain the ideas to actually push through instead of doing them haphazardly and forgetting them.
