OMG lol I totally missed it because we open presents so late. The entire morning has already passed away!

I mean, midnight I could do, but it does seem to read as before noon. No joke, I slept until 9am!

My family surprised me by actually having fruit, asparagus, and a veggie tray this year so I could actually eat more than just potatoes and sweet potatoes.

I've missed most of the day! Been out and about visiting family.

Sweet potatoes are the best and I should buy them more often!

We had tamales for christmas eve and we're about to grill steaks and chicken for our Christmas dinner.
I love sweet potaotes, but we'll be having loaded mashed potatoes which is better in my opinion. I like the fluffy savoriness of adding all the cheese and bacon and such.

Yeah....leave off the bacon on mine, and I'd probably agree.

I've never loaded a sweet potato before. O.o I wonder what that would taste like. If anything, I've just added butter or spices...

Yeah, I've never tried it either. But I bet it would be pretty good because the sweetness of the sweet potato should complement the savory flavors of the toppings nicely.
