O-o Do these bite?

Nah. X3 They're little herbivores that like to eat mainly fruit. Their teeth are small and flat, but they rarely open their mouths except to eat.

Do they talk? <3

They don't know english, but after being with your Charpia for a while, you get used to their coo's and little bouts of animal-like gibberish. You'll understand what they're saying without them talking <3

Dystopia slowly edges toward Aristocrat, her hand trembling in front of her and the rest of her leaning back. The Charpia continues to stare at its owner with a fairly smug look on its face. The human seems unnerved, and the arm holding the sparkler- a sad weapon- grows tense.

"Err. Nice Charpia. Nice?" Dystopia suggests.

Her hand darts forward as she pets- or more accurately, touches- Aristocrat's head. Its a cautious approach, and lasts no more than a minute before she withdraws. For a minute, the Charpia looks undignified. Then it leaps up to land on Dystopia's head, tail wrapped around the girl's eyes.

"UWAHHH!!" Dystopia yells, running in blind circles before crashing clumsily into a wall. Before she crashes, Aristocrat leaps off and returns to where it was a minute before.

After a few quiet chatters behind its paw, which Dystopia assumed was a Charpia's way of snickering, Aristocrat returned to eyeing its owner as it had been before the fiasco.

Dystopia, on the floor, gave it a nasty look back. Then cowered.

X3> I thought that was a very.. entertaining display of affection. XD So adorable. Hmm... Let's see... I'd suggest watching a movie together, but I don't know how well he'll stay still during one. What if you rolled a ball to him and see what he does with it? o3o

D8 Adorable my butt, it's vicious. But if you're sure that's a good idea...

Round two. Dystopia got down on one knee a good distance away from Aristocrat, a little red ball in her hand. The toy had no designs and, from what she could eyeball, was small enough so that her pet could hold it comfortably in his mouth.

"Wanna play?" she asks. No answer.

Dystopia rolls the ball gently toward Aristocrat. It eyes the ball disdainfully as the toy bumps into its leg. After a moment, it hits the ball with one of its front paws. Dystopia falls to the ground, taking cover under her arms.

The ball rolls by harmlessly. Dystopia looks up. Aristocrat points insistently. Dystopia introduced her face to the floor.

"I'm not getting that."

Aristocrat pointed and stared.

"I'm not!"

Aristocrat didn't budge.

It was a staring contest.

After a five minute lapse, Dystopia retrieved the ball.

Aristocrat pointed to its feet.

"You have got to be kidding me."

Another staring contest. Another five minutes.

Dystopia, degraded, sulked over and plopped the ball next to Aristocrat.

D8 Yeah, I feel really loved.

Give it some time. X3 I'm sure you two will be the best of friends in no time~ And if not.. well... soon he'll have a playmate! 8D

Yay! A positive response! XD Hmm... Maybe if more people come and adopt Charpia, Aristocrat would be able to play with them and become more docile. =3

Bah~ If there are enough Charpia around being playful and nice, Aristocrat couldn't make them his slaves. X3
