and i love him to death but if it comes to it i would rather have a kid and be alone than never having a kid.

If he doesn't want kids...
You could wait until you finish school and see if he's changed his mind about the situation.
It's always best to do things as soon as possible though, so that less feelings get hurt?

My fiancee and I both really want kids, no issues there.
Just his being deployed shortly after our marriage, makes it a but complicated and then with me still in school, we have to factor that in as well. He's also told me that he doesn't want to not get to be there. He'd rather not live through our first pregnancy through letters and pictures, and webcams. He wants to be there for Us. Not sure if I'm making any sense there.
