Well, events are a lot of work for the staff. They're doing it for us and providing us with so many nice things. I'm sure it takes a lot of work just to run it and to get it started, and it is most likely difficult to do at exactly a certain time. Also, the staff live all over the world in different timezones, so that makes it hard, too.
