"I know humans are dangerous and if I weren't on guard I wouldn't be here now." Rafe said slightly ruffled. "I'm just saying don't go doing anything that'll make the humans start hunting wolves. If they do it won't just be your clan in danger."

I may despise humans, but I'm not stupid" Dresdus replied. "I will only kill them if they come close to my den, and prove a threat to my pack. Besides, I have oher problems with Moon pack at the moment."

"Fine." Rafe said before tsniffing the air once again. "Speaking of the Moon pack I think I smell their alpha female."

"Just great" Dresdus said with a low growl. "That bitch has been angry at me ever since the death of her mate. It's not my fault he was a clumsy bastard who couldn't keep his balance on some rocks." Dresdus turned to leave. "Take care, Rafe. I've always conciderd Nigt pack to be the brother pack of Blood."

"Alright then, take care as well Dresdus. I hope your cubs grow strong. It's the same for us of the Night towards you and the rest of the Blood pack." Rafe said before also turning and leaving. He picked up Xena's scent and followed it hoping to catch up with her.

Roxas prowled the border between Blood and Moon territories. He wasn't there to cause problems, only to prevent any of the Blood pack from intruding if the humans were in Moon territory. The other pack was vindictive toward humans and would possibly hunt them over territory borders. Never once did he let his guard slip; he knew that if he did, one of the Bloods could attack him at any moment.

Xandri walked up to the humans; she got to be only about 20 feet away, where she stopped and sat. She stared at them intently. She was right, they had been in Moon territory and still were. They seemed to be looking toward the pool though. Rolling her eyes at the obliviousness of the humans she intentionally stepped on a dry stick and cracked it loudly in the hopes of drawing their attention.

Dresdus returnd to his packs den to speak with Frost. "I have concerns about Moon pack. Theyvarevin the same area as the humans."

Frost looked at her mate and lesionesd to him. "So more humans..." She looked down at her pups then back at Dresdus. "This is going to cause problems, if they get close to being caught and run onto our territory the humans are sure to follow."

"I suspect that Moon pack may be trying to delebratly make contact with the humans. Those fools are unaware of the danger that they put all the packs in by doing that."

Frost closed her eyes as she hung her head and thought about a solution to the problem. After a while she open her eyes and looked at her mate. "With out starting a war there isn't much we can do from keeping them from making contact with the humans. I am afraid that they are going to have to learn the hard way about the dangers of humans."

Dresdus walked up to Frost. "Perhaps your right." He closed his eyes and nuzzled her face.

Frost nuzzled Dresdus back as she looked down at their pups. "I will track the Moon pack for a while and see how far their contact goes with the humans if you like."

Roxas continued to stalk along the border. He was worried. Normally by now, if the Blood pack had scented even a slight trace of the Moon pack they would have come to investigate. Unless they were distracted by something else. Something like humans... He thought to himself.

"Ok, but be careful. I'll stay here and watch over the cubs." Dresdus licked her on the nose for luck.

Frost waged her tail and nuzzled Dresdus before she stud. She looked down at her pups and nuzzled them. Frost kept near the boarder making sure to stay to her side of it as she kept her eyes on the Moon pack. She stopped moving when she reached a small rocky area on her side of the boarder. She took her a seat at the top making sure that she was hide by the brush and trees as she watched the pack.

Roxas smelled the strong scent of the Blood pack as someone neared. He didn't know where they were or which of the pack it was but he definetely became more alert. His ears swiveled around trying to figure out where they were.

Xena walked to the river and took a quick drink.She laid by the river her focuse still on the birds.She caught the scent of Rafe he'll find me sooner or later she thought as she fell asleep with one front paw in the river.

Rafe made his way to Xena and stopped when he noticed she'd fallen asleep. He layed beside her and waited patiently for her to awaken.

Xena half woke up but kept her eyes closed."i have a question to ask you..........never mind"she said facing Rafe.She splashed water on him.

"Hey!" Rafe sprang up and splashed Xena back. "What were you going to ask me? Come on say it I want to know." He stood ready in case she splashed him again.

Xandri didn't like the sound of the humans. These weren't the first that she'd encountered in all her years but they were the only ones not to turn and flee at first sight. She didn't understand their gruff language either. She did understand the gun though, and exactly what it did. She flattened her ears and pulled her lips back over her teeth. Rather than back away as she should have though, Xandri went against her nature. She relaxed her face into a more playful expression and pounced forward out of the treeline. Her chest was against the ground and her butt was stuck in the air with her tail up and wagging. She looked like a pup who wanted to play.

Cocking her head to one side like she was confused, Xandri stared at the humans hoping that her plan would work. If they stepped forward at all they'd be in Blood territory. If they were to go back anymore than 50ft they'd be in Night territory. Not that having the humans off their land would be a bad thing, Xandri just didn't know how the other packs would react. They might stage an attack on the Moons thinking that they had forced the humans over the border to harm them. The best thing for all the packs was if the humans stayed in and were eliminated in Moon territory. Well, at least if she made it look like they were eliminated. She just had to get rid of them; she was confident she could do it without killing them, either of them.

Xena yawned then stretched."I forgot"she said giving him an innocent smile.She kept splashing water at him while she was laughing.

"Forgot? Why do not believe that you, the wolf that seems to remeber everything, would forget a something she was about to say." Rafe said laughing and splashing her back.

"hey atleast i remeber things.unlike you"she said splashing him back "it's so boring"she wailed
