Same here. I haven't caught any new caveborn ones in a looong while. :XD I'm mostly looking for Stripeds though, they're in the Forest area if I remember correctly, but I've never even seen one appear there so far.

I got a stripped, a hatchling now, and I have a thunder. XD Sooo happy! Just need a magma to complete the trio now

Would you be willing to trade with me for a 3rd generation Magma (or 2nd if you're willing to wait a week or two, since my caveborn Magma failed at producing an egg just now) and the 2nd generation Icicle? :P

Yeah, striped is forest and jungle. I do see them, but they get snatch within the nanosecond. And you have to lurk for quit a while before you see one. But the alpine and desert are the most populated. volcano seems to be second, along with jungle and forest. coast seems to be least poplar. I've the paper and cheese as well as some dinos and the mention icey and kin, but thats it for rares.

Fading- I don't know ... >< Because as it is, I only need the magma to complete the trio, but definitely would love to have an ice with a much better lineage then the one I have right now. I'm really tempted though.

lol that's the only place to get a CB thunder. And there are rares, they just get grabbed so fast.
