DD- Watched a special on it just now and I just don't understand how it isn't considered substantial evidence. She didn't report her daughter missing for 30 days, lied multiple times to the police, was out partying and getting tattoos the night her daughter was said to be missing, lied to her parents about who watches her daughter when she isn't home, kept her parents from even seeing her daughter. .

Her daughter was also found with the same brand of duct tape that was found in her mother's garage (it was a brand sold only in that area...) and around the same time it all happened, Casey randomly borrowed a shovel from her neighbor's house..
