I mean, I'm pretty sure that's the answer....
Hipster kids going to less expensive neighborhoods and selling products they can't afford, and also increasing the value of the homes in the area, which increases their property taxes/rent
which ends up with people having to move or get foreclosed on.

Essentially. We are currently in the area where hipsters are slowly starting to occupy as the previous area they are in has officially been gentrified. We are also getting a lot of new construction in empty lots in our area where they build 4 story row homes with roof top decks. Right now, they just increase our property value so I'm not too upset. I'm also not paying for the house, so there is also that... Lol

There's a party going on tomorrow. My bf does not want to go. But I kindof want to at least make an appearance. :(
He said he'll drop me off and pick me back up, but I don't want to be left alone at a big ass house party with people I rarely see.
A few of them I want to smother in hugs and kisses, but the rest of them....well, I can live perfectly happy if I didn't have to see them again. :(

I might try and find a 'buddy' to go with me.
Someone who usually isn't invited to these events so hopefully they would stick by my side for a bit.
