Thats a bummer windy. And I must say 2 hrs seems pretty extreme if you haven't swam in a while... just take it easy. Breathing is the main issue. I was on a swim team 2 yrs ago... I always try to go left shoulder... pause... right shoulder... so I don't get a stiff neck.
