I use speeddial add on. They have this page with 9 boxes, where you put links in and they will generate a mini page for you.

i have given some of my items back because i have given the donations away,
but i have nothing showing where, who orr when i gave them away.

Yeah, that's my problem, I do most things from my phone and not my computer. So my computer is usually not even turned on. So I forget to do some things.. But I use skype from my phone, so if someone on there was like "Hay, go on Mene." Then I'd remember more easily, or something. >.<
