I don't seem to be finding candy anymore, maybe I need to post more often?

Posting doesn't matter. I have only posted once today (lurker that I am Ooop twice now I guess.) and I have gotten the item.

Well that will ruin it since the collecting candies for some people is not working. You need a certain amount of candies to get hints. ^^;

It says in the front of this thread that you are ALLOWED to tell anyone any hints that you have.

YOU JUST CAN'T tell where the NPC's are.

So, please some hints? xD

Yes, what Peanut said ^^;

Giving clues as to where the NPC's are allowed however, actually revealing where its Location is not allowed.

Those who don't know how, by clicking the 'candy' link under your gold will take you to a page that will hold all the clues for the items as they are released.

And that kid thing doesn't make sense to me.

Are they talking about new people that have been hired onto the mods/admins lists? ...x.x;
