What is this manga called?
 

There's this manga I read a while back, and I recently remembered it, but I can't find it anywhere! It's about this boy who tries to save this girl from a guy with a gun on a subway when they're little kids and he tries to shoot her because she's the heir to her families robotics company, and they meet again in high school and they're both part robot? I only read the first few chapters, but I really liked it, and I can't remember what it's called.

I don't recognize it, but it sounds interesting. Do you remember the genre? It sounds like maybe romance and sci-fi...

Or maybe anything specific about the art style/cover art?

Is it called Metropolis, by any chance? I have no idea. But Metropolis has robotics and such in it.

Maybe try playing Akinator? You input a character's details (appearance, background history, other details to the best of your knowledge) and the Genie/Akinator will try to guess who it is. If you end up finding a match, you can do further googling.
