*Gotta Catch'em All: A Pokemon Dice Game* Part 2 - Winter Wonderland [NOW OPEN! :D]
 

Winter is here :) Pokemon are visiting from those very cold regions - try to catch'em all! ;3

How do you catch a pokemon? Instructions are in the next post :)

To catch pokemon, you must first find them. Depending on the time or the day, there will be different pokemon to catch. Current pokemon in the area will be posted below with the numbers needed to encounter them. Once you encounter them, you need to roll the dice one more time to catch them. Each pokemon will reward a different amount of points.

Steps:
1. Roll a 50 sided dice for encounters.
2. If a pokemon is found, roll a 10 sided dice.

NOTE:
1. One dice roll a post
2. Please keep track of if you have encountered a pokemon or not
3. Do not edit your posts if possible

Current encounter numbers: 1-15, 21-28


ONE PAGE GRACE PERIOD:
Since pokemon will move about randomly, there will be a grace period where pokemon from both time periods could be caught. The grace period will be within 1 page before and 1 page after the pokemon movement announcement. For example, the announcement is posted on page 3, any numbers rolled from page 2 to page 4 can be applied to both new AND old encounter numbers.

How many pokemon can I have of the same type?
You can have as many as you can catch :)

Do I have to wait for someone else to post before rolling?
Yes

Do I have to wait for someone else to roll before rolling?
No

What if two pokemon have the same encounter number?
You get to encounter both of them. One 10 sided dice roll will decide whether you capture both pokemon or not.

*Point Roll-Over System: 10% of points (rounded down) earned in the last event will be included in the current event. Example: dragoness129 had 11 points in the halloween event, she now has 1 point in the current event.

I like Pokemon, but I haven't been keeping up. I'd love a 3DS to keep going tho.

I've been just keeping up with the different Pokemon online, I love the old GameBoy games

I'm waiting for Pokemon Go - I hope it comes out as scheduled XD it sounds so cool!

I would be excited for it but I don't think my phone would be able to handle it. It's pretty old, but it still works. Maybe when I get a new one I will look into it

Such high rolls chance for such low number to encounter the Pokemon.

salvete>> yes you are :) You just encountered a Cloyster, please roll a 10 sided die to see if you can catch it!

Dystopia>> a mobile version of pokemon where you can catch them in real life with your phone (okay, I am very bad at explaining this- just google it XD)

It's interactive with you as well, Pokemon Go that's about all I know of it
