Hello, and welcome to the Ruby Room!
This is for anyone who's seen he Ruby Room anywhere else, and anyone who hasn't! Basically it's a place for chatting, relaxing, and admiring beautiful jewels... XD. Have a seat on one of our bean bags or fluffy stools and grab a drink! |
Intro
A little about this thread I've come to making Ruby Rooms as a place for everyone to relax and have fun, so I thought you should know a little about where the name comes from. Maybe it'll help you get what's appropriate here ^^. In December 2007, there was an explosion. Not a fiery one, but an explosion of knowledge. Knowledge... about a new, unknown band. It started with a MySpace. Then, three songs were put up on the MySpace. One of those songs was titled "Ruby Room". Shortly afterward, I began to make hangout threads by that name. On one site, it became very popular - on the rest, however, it floundered. But I persevered. I have been attempting for a long while to improve them. Thus, here I am, June 2008, and finally with a little bit more sparkle. Quote:

Because then I wouldn't be able to sleep at night until late. Which I do anyway.
But actually, lately, I've taken naps and I still manage to sleep around midnight but I get very sleepy by then. Usually I can make it to midnight without a problem. I was even drinking soda last night. That didn't help a bit. XD |

Personally, I haven't really gone to bed before midnight in a good while. Maybe a month or two even. Not unless I'm very, very tired. When I still had school I would just take naps after school. Now, I just sleep in XD. Sometimes I have to wake up earlier, but I do all right since I tend to not undersleep most days. |

That's not sleeping in, that's waking up early XD. Why do you do it?
I generally tended to stay up until around two or three, or else I would do all-nighters. Usually for no real good reason, either… just because, haha. But I got used to my weird sleeping schedule, so I stopped being super tired, I was just programmed to nap after school. |
xDD Yeah, well, at that time my parents start kicking me to wake up. And well, I'd have 8 hours of sleep and that's good enough for me. I don't know about other people but I can't sleep a lot. x_x I'm no koala bear.
Well, by that time, I'm tossing and turning, trying to sleep in but I can't. And neighbors were probably up at freaking 4-5am talking right outside our windows. (Then they go back to sleep when we're all up.) >.> On the weekends I'd stay up until 2am or so. xDD;; |

Well, whatever works for you is good :). I think eight hours is a good amount of sleep, it's just that usually I'm making up for something. When I sleep too long, though, it's hrad for me to wake up D: |

o-o;; When I sleep long my back hurts when I wake up. x-x I'mma be back a bit later, gonna go change out of these stuffy clothes and do something for a bit. |
