Patches of Earth: Quilting the World

We're making a quilt for Earth Day. :3 Now, as we're an online forum, we can't really do the whole 'buy the fabric and bring it to this location to be sewn together' deal. We do, however, have graphical programs. So, it'll be a digital quilt. :3~ Let's see what we can do together here.

I'll try to update the quilt a couple times a day. So let's get started. ^O^ Make sure you read the opening posts before posting though. <3

Rules:

-ToS
-Make sure all artwork submitted is orignial, please.
-Squares are to be 100 pixels x 100 pixels (.bmp or .png files preferred, though not required)
-We understand that not everyone is a DaVinci. I know I"m not. But please, put a little effort into your work, folks.
-All patches must be posted by 11:59PM CST on April the 22nd to receive a lottery ticket. Patches posted after this time may still be added to the quilt, but they will not receive a lottery ticket.
-Be original! <3
-Have fun. x3

-There is no limit to how many squares you can submit, but please don't just send me ten squares of the same subject matter (i.e. ten different trees, five animals and five plants, ten landfil shots, etc.)

-I realize 100 pixels x 100 pixels is not very big, but we're hoping for a lot of entries. If you're having trouble drawing at that size, you may draw bigger, so long as the entry is in a square shape. Otherwise, when I size them down, they will be contorted.

-Please post all entries in the thread. Thank you.

The Quilt:
This is where you can see the progress of the Quilt. I'll try to update it at least twice a day. No promises, though; I am in school.
Just refresh every now and then. :3

Just a note: The final product for the quilt is going to look very different than what I've been building here. As I was going through, I didn't have some of the patches lined up correctly. So, I started the whole thing over and put the patches around randomly (as suggested a while ago by Cami xD).

For those who are curious, when I closed the thread, we were at 160 patches. I made two more afterwards to fill in the two leftover holes. xD So, grand total for this quilt is 162. There are 9 columns, 18 rows. Good job, all. <3 Thanks for your participation. ^-^
